CANCELLATION POLICY
• 48hrs notification no fee
• 24hrs notification will apply 50% charge
• Cancellation the day itself will apply 100% charge
There are no cancellation fees if we canceled due to inclement weather, we try to reschedule the tour or refund it. The tour can be maintained if there is just showers (cloudy).
CHILDREN’S RATES:
• 0 to 3 years: Free of charge
• 4 to 11 years old: Half phe price
Yes, we are insured for all our tours, excursions and activities.
