CANCELLATION POLICY
For individuals:
• For a cancellation with at least 48 hours notice, we offer a 100% refund.
• For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, we do not offer any refund.
For groups of 6 or more:
• For a cancellation with at least 7 days’ notice, we offer a 100% refund.
• For cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, we do not offer any refund.
CHILDREN’S RATES:
• 0 to 3 years: Free of charge
• 4 to 11 years old: Half the price
Yes, we are insured for all our tours, excursions and activities.
